Release 2013

The following issues were resolved in FDA Module 2013:

• The following Managed Change/Advanced Project Workflow Module actions have been added to the audit log: Confirm Merged with Master, Confirm Superseded by Master, Link to Master Document, Require Merge, Undo Make Obsolete, Unlink from Master Document.
• The vault extensibility extension (BlueCieloECM.Extensible.UI.dll) no longer needs to be downloaded to the client computers before users can view the audit log. The feature is now a behavior that is installed with the BlueCielo Publisher extension when that component when is selected during installation of Meridian Enterprise on the computer.

• Prior to this release, audit logging of successful electronic signing actions from the Meridian Enterprise web client occurred only for batches of documents. The signing of single documents from the web client was not logged due to technical limitations. All signing actions from the PowerUser client were correctly logged.

  In this release, logging of signing actions for batches of documents has been disabled for consistency and so that logging of these actions for both batches and single documents can be performed using the same methods. We recommend that audit logging of successful signing during workflow transitions be performed in VBScript on the DocWorkflowEvent_AfterChangeWFState event. The implementation should check the transition that is occurring (TargetState parameter) and the type of client being used (Client.Type = "HTML").
